The rich earthly flavours of raspberry, caramel, cinnamon and stewed
fruit will go down well after dinner with cheese, nuts, chocolate
and caramel desserts. It will also pair well with sweet smokey
meats (braai everyone!) or summertime servings
on the rocks with a peel of lime.
