Nose and Palate

This 2015 Sauvignon Blanc, which is light and easy and enjoyably unique incorporates the best of both worlds with its citrus and green pepper nose. The elegant velvety finish with limey undertones pairs very well with the minerality only found on the southern terroir of Buitenstekloof.

Food Pairing

Delicious with grilled asparagus with lemon, olive oil and feta, spinach salad with goat’s cheese and figs, fried calamari, and any white fish done with a sweet red onion sauce.
